These terms cover the public HajjNav website while the application remains in development.
Product status
HajjNav is a product in development. Features, integrations and availability shown on this site describe intended or planned capabilities and may change before release following testing, provider access, legal review or operational evidence.
Independent service
HajjNav is not an official Saudi government service and does not replace Saudi authorities, emergency services, licensed Hajj/Umrah operators, guides, medical professionals or other authorised services.
No safety guarantee
Location, meeting-point and group-continuity tools depend on permissions, device state, battery, connectivity, data freshness and human confirmation. HajjNav does not guarantee that a person can always be located, contacted or reunited.
Religious content
Rites, Duas and related religious content intended for the app will be source-governed and subject to qualified human review before public release. HajjNav should not be treated as a substitute for an appropriately qualified scholar where individual religious advice is needed.
Intellectual property
HajjNav branding, original site content and product materials are owned by or licensed to NRG Trade Consultants Ltd unless otherwise stated.
