Pre-launch website privacy notice
This notice covers the public HajjNav website while the HajjNav application is still in development.
Who is responsible
HajjNav is developed by NRG Trade Consultants Ltd. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@hajjnav.com.
Information you provide
If you email HajjNav, we receive the information contained in your message and the contact details you choose to provide. We use it to respond to the enquiry and maintain appropriate business records.
Website technical data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request data required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser/device information and security signals. We intend to keep third-party scripts and tracking to a minimum.
Cookies and analytics
The initial public site is designed to operate without advertising cookies. If privacy-sensitive analytics or additional cookies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Sharing
We do not sell visitor data. Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to host, secure or operate the website, or where required by law.
Retention and rights

This notice will be updated before the HajjNav app launches to reflect the actual production data flows, permissions, retention rules and store disclosures.
